Our Process…
We take your art in digital or print format, inspect it for any issues and then optimize it for printing on the dye-sub paper with our industry standard Dye-Sublimation wide format printer. Our 4 color (CMYK) Dye Sub printer is equipped to produce crystal clear, vibrant images in Hi-Def resolution. The printed dye sublimation printed paper is then aligned with the sublimation media like fleece, textile, tiles, etc. , and run through heat and pressure selective wide format heat presses to create the final product.
You are always in loop via email/Phone about any questions that we may have about requirements and customer service is always available to answer any of your questions.
For larger quantities, we can also send you a production sample within 24 hours of finalized artwork just so that there are no surprises and you feel confident about the products you are about to receive. Our printing and finishing facilities and processes exceed industry standards and hence all products are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Our process also involves a multi-level quality control check that allows to do it right the first time. All products are packaged carefully and shipped via UPS ground in about 48 hours from start to finish. Upgrades in shipping and processing lead times also available!
